I have a few others that I will get to in time... This particular show is really fun... the crowd is having a hell of a time! I think you will really enjoy it. Heck and the NYE show ain't bad either... Some reviews in the shows section say its so-so and from a set list perspective that may be true but I think Jerry's playing is hot throughout the show. Glad folks are enjoying these... I'll get out to Pomo end of the week... marty

Since we seem to be making requests, GDHEAD, do you have JGB at the Calderone 2-29-80. I used to have a cassette tape from a radio broadcast (WLIR) and Hunter sang Tiger Rose and Promontory Rider with JGB. Thanks. "One watch by night, one watch by day If you get confused, listen to the music play"

Yeah and its one of my fav's... Jerry's playing on promintory is just awesome. I will add this show to the vine.... I will check for Marye if I have the my father's place show but not as hopeful and that one would be on cassette and need conversion. If I have it I'll try and do it this weekend and add that and the jerry show. if not I'll just add jeryy show and try and get out tomorrow. All the best... marty

Hi! Setlist.com only had two shows with Eagle Mall Suite in the setlist, but that site is not the final word, obviously ??/??/80 (???) Boston University - Boston, MA 02/05/80 (Tue) Kutztown University - Kutztown, PA I found another site with Hunter setlists on geocities but the pre-1996 lists had been archived to a site "livedead.com" but that site has vanished, apparently. Then I found a third site (http://lazy.onthebus.us/Music/TheDead/Setlists/Sides/Hunter.txt) with Hunter setlists but the Kutztown University show was the only one with the Eagle Mall Suite listed Then I got bored and quit :^) ************************************** *The white zone is for loading and unloading only* **************************************

Looks like Hunter played there about 10 times in '78 and '79. As I tried to post last night (the system has had it in for me for a bit) the only two Eagle Mall Suites I could find were an undated show in 1980 at Boston University and a 02/05/80 show at Kutztown University in Kutztown PA. Thanks for the shows, gdhead77 Cheers, MitD (and now the big "Post comment" gamble...) ************************************** *The white zone is for loading and unloading only* **************************************

I spent many good times at that little venue back in the day. Really looking forward to this one. That JGB with Hunter at the Calderone was one of my all-time favorites until I lost the cassette. I will post when it arrives and get it out to MitD quickly. "One watch by night, one watch by day If you get confused, listen to the music play"

... when you step away from the computer for a week. Sorry about the confusion. I did send my info when I signed on to this one, but I realize how easily info can get misplaced after 3 or 4 months. Thanks for keeping me on the list. Maybe it will pick up it's pace;-) Good to know you got shoes to wear when you find the floor.
