Wow that's pretty cool. I didn't get picked even for a case today and was dismissed early at 2pm. I get $24 for two days. Back to the mines tomorrow. Have a lovely evening all!

So, ok. how weird is it, that I spent the day at the Cook County Court House at 26th & California (lovely neighborhood, if you like jails.) How did I spend my day? In the JURY ROOM. In the morning, I got to color (my newest kick.) In the afternoon, got to sit in the panel and get asked questions by a smart old judge, who loves his job. Fortunately, he didn't pick me, and I they sent me home at the end of the day with a $25 check. Made any more, and I might move away! I tell ya -- I don't know how people that work in the city do that commute on a daily basis.

RIP, John Jeremiah. There's a road I'd like to tell you about, lives in my home town Lake Shore Drive the road is called and it'll take you up or down From rags on up to riches fifteen minutes you can fly Pretty blue lights along the way, help you right on by And the blue lights shining with a heavenly grace, help you right on by And there ain't no road just like it Anywhere I found Running south on Lake Shore Drive heading into town Just slippin' on by on LSD, Friday night trouble bound And it starts up north from Hollywood, water on the driving side Concrete mountains rearing up, throwing shadows just about five Sometimes you can smell the green if your mind is feeling fine There ain't no finer place to be, than running Lake Shore Drive And there's no peace of mind, or place you see, than riding on Lake Shore Drive And there ain't no road just like it Anywhere I found Running south on Lake Shore drive heading into town Just slicking on by on LSD, Friday night trouble bound And it's Friday night and you're looking clean To early to start the rounds A ten minute ride from the Gold Coast back make sure you're pleasure bound And it's four o'clock in the morning and all of the people have gone away Just you and your mind and Lake Shore Drive, tomorrow is another day And the sunshine's fine in the morning time, tomorrow is another day And there ain't no road just like it Anywhere I found Running south on Lake Shore drive heading into town Just snaking on by on LSD, Friday night trouble bound

She crept into my mind. I knew I had to say hello (hello, hello) She smiled up at me She took my hand and we walked through the park alone But I knew (I knew, I knew, I knew, I knew) She had made me happy (happy, happy) Flowers in her hair, flowers everywhere I love the flower girl Oh, I don?t know just why She simply caught my eye I love the flower girl she seemed so sweet and kind She crept into my mind Suddenly the sun broke through (see the sun). I turned around she was gone (where did she go). And all I had left was one little flower from her hair. But I knew (I knew, I knew, I knew, I knew)  She had made me happy (happy, happy). Flowers in her hair, flowers everywhere I love the flower girl Was she reality or just a dream to me? I love the flower girl Our love shall lead the way To find a sunny day I love the flower girl Was she reality or just a dream to me?

There is limited availability of 12 and 20 person Sky Suites for the Chicago Fare The Well shows. They are obstructed view but there will be big screens showing the band. The tickets are $200 and you must buy the whole suite. I don't know which dates are available but if you can round up enough buddies to do this it will at least get you in. You can contact them at suites@soldierfield.net and ask for information. Hope this helps!

Like waking up to Mickey and Bill doing their thing. Last drums I saw I'm sure Mickey was playing a rubber chicken at one point, but after the show no one else knew what the he'll I was talking about. Anyone ever see that? . Sometimes the chickens we hear are just birds of own.

Love the garbage can baseball bat playin rat throwing Good Rats... They weren't the best at what they did.....not even close....they were the only ones who did what they did...
