Time to change the way I've been feeling today, with good music. Just found myself laughing uncontrollably out of pure joy. Worry move out of my way, because I'm feelin' alright.May a smile light all of your faces.

Going to be the best sort of garden day... potting and puttering. It's the time of summer where the potted plants begin to grow monstrous, and I remind myself that I was supposed to cut back this year. Mutant-ly large petunias are rampant, and it smells like a Victorian lady's bust -- powdery sweet and a little overdone. Blissful high pressure ruled the weather last week, but the heat and humidity are creeping their way back. I can feel the barometer dropping, and it's going to feel like NOLA around here, real soon. So, I'm out to enjoy it while I can. I need to work today, but that's for later this afternoon, when it's icky outside. ttfn...

Good to see you Ms Katniss and King George..... Trixie has certainly helped transform the bus into a mobile jukebox.....her energy is infectious.... Our destination is not important....the mere fact that we remain together in mind and spirit fuels that elusive fire of kindness.... This one goes out to Kristine...... As I am strolling down the garden path, I saw a flower glowing in the dark. It looked so pretty and it was unique; I had to bend down just to have a peek. Hello old friend, It's really good to see you once again. Hello old friend, It's really good to see you once again. I saw you walking underneath the stars; I couldn't stop 'cause I was in a car. I'm sure the distance wouldn't be too far If I got out and walked to where you are. An old man passed me on the street today; I thought I knew him but I couldn't say. I stopped to think if I could place his frame. When he tipped his hat I knew his name. Nothing left to do but smile, Smile, SMILE!

Walk along with me to the next bend? Nice to see you all here. I used the very last leftover Giordano's pizza plate with my lunch yesterday. Profound? haha.

...hey, 'morning...that seat taken? thanks...just musing away on a Sunshiny Saturday, as that second cuppa Joe that rjrrjr handed me is just about sipping temperature. We had a blast leading up to the shows, didn't we, and had a bigger blast at the shows, and will continue to have a blast afterwards huh, for the music never stops. Brain might rest, body says whoa, but the music? Listen...there it is... And to all you wranglers and wranglerettes of the merchandise, I share the frustration, which can dang near happen anytime you order stuff on-line. Thanks for the heads up on the sizes, and I'll amend my order for the tie dyed socks accordingly. Mickey said at the close of the 07/05 show, "...take this feeling with you, and be kind." Those are words to live by. How many of us, in a quiet time close our eyes...not you dus briver...and hear the music...I do, and smile inward and outward and take a big breath and sometimes sighhhh as I let it out. Kindness. The memory of our preparation, the anticipation, the excitement of those emails, our meet-ups, the fantastic shows, the family, the handshaking strangers, the lights, the pic-a-nic, the vibe, the love, and always always the music itself...what a grand experience we all had and are having. Sure, each journey was different, and even though we arrived at our destinations mostly separately at different times in body, we were together and spot-on in spirit. Thank you family...and as you go thru the weekend and week ahead, don't sweat the little stuff..and it's mostly all little stuff, my Sister says...and listen for the ripple in still water. Sure, you can try to figure out who didn't toss the pebble, and why the dang wind isn't blowing; matters not. Reach out your hand if your cup be empty, and if it ain't? Well, you know all the rules by now, and the fire from the ice...Be Kind... The Gold of Sunshine can warm you, as can the memory of all those magical experiences...take that feeling with you...and Be Kind... geosunshinedaydreamersforevermeister

That's odd, I'm usually a medium or a large and when i tried shirts before the show, the medium is what fit. Good quality too, maybe they only put out the cream of the crop at the show and saved the cruddy stuff for online sales?

It's a shame that many of us, and really all I'm sure, were whacked by the off-sizing scale the merch mfg used in these items. When I bought my hoodie in Chicago, no kidding, as an "XL" t-shirt dude, I was upsized to a 4XL hoodie. It fits perfect - loosely like a hoodie should but 4XL? Never in my lide would I have ordered a "tent" hoodie. Lana's ladies tank was the purple $60 item and it was garbage. Logo off center and crooked. What a joke. Insult to injury was plunking down another $5.95 for express ship back to Ontario, CA (and the trip up and back to the USPS) for the shipping. Rich said it best...it's ovah !!!

Back in the 80's, my dad took the entire video of my brother's wedding with the camera upside down. The last thing on the recording is his grumbly baritone growling ... "godammit, you mean I've had this fucking thing..." One of my life's true precious memories. Man oh man, I miss that man.
