    Steal this face? The headline looks like speed vs. experience. Feeling confident? Bet you an over-priced beer at Soldier Field the Hawks prevail. Either way it's going to be great entertainment. Fever is running high here. Chicagoans love their Hawks. Sweaters, Ts, Caps everywhere. It's a great time of the year. Ticket prices for the finals at the United Center make FTW look like a bargain.

    If the security checkpoints are anything like the NFL (at least in Buffalo), it will be very difficult getting any cameras in that exceed specs...a good quality lens on a cell phone is another story. Have a good day, grab some coffee for the road....king

    Some hometown NHL action. So will the Bolts steal the face off Chicago? Jumped in for the presale Cup tickets over the weekend and had sticker shock. I'd need to see the Stones open the game for the price of those tickets.

    Gonna be a great series Kyle and yessir Lord Stanley's tickets are steep indeed...back when the Sabres were good, talking 1980's...second round average seats were $300...can't imagine what they're now...

Bet the bank you'll walk through a metal detector and if it were me, I'd just use the video capabilities of your iPhone - it shoots in amazing HD. Kyle - your 2nd cup chance in 10 years. There are cities that wait a lifetime. No better live sport, bro, so if you get a chance, I'd get your but in the building - amazing fun !!! I don't have a dog in this fight but I have to admit...the Blackhawk's home sweater is the best in the business :-)

    I sure they wont let me have one but I wanted to make sure. Can we take a go pro into the concerts ? It says no video . no camera with longer than 6 inches , again your safe totem ,. they also say no item will be saved which is taken from us. I really wanted to film the crowd , and the party but of course also do not want to have to rush to hotel to get rid of items . What are your ideas?

    Couldn't resist the spainish lady....
    so I'm on the bus. Flights booked, car reserved, room in San Jose locked in. Yahoo! so excited I already can't stop smiling smiling smiling. It'll be at my first and last dead show in two days and I will be able to say "I never seen them " as my tickets both days are behind the stage. (but you never know where a head will end up so I've been told.) Been doing some surfing and found that Edgar Winter is doing a show at the beach boardwalk series in Santa Cruz on Fri. June 26 if anyone is interested. Check it out here; beachboardwalk.com Me and my hot catniss will be there. Wont have no left-handed monkey wrench but, other left handed stuuuuuuuf. LETS PARTY!!!!! warming up nicely, and my Truckin' up to Buffalo, party at the Ralph, is on the truck for delivery, might have to slip on a new shirt and have a listen. On a side note, monkeys on ex. are up for the first party in the park in june......

Back in the 80's, my dad took the entire video of my brother's wedding with the camera upside down. The last thing on the recording is his grumbly baritone growling ... "godammit, you mean I've had this fucking thing..." One of my life's true precious memories. Man oh man, I miss that man.

I'll have to pull a good aud of this tomorrow to listen to over yardwork over the weekend. I just Pre ordered the new Yonder Mountain vinyl yesterday. I'm having fun showing my kids records. Tonight I was showing them the first album I ever bought, The Wall. Many albums are missing, but I still have the first one.

Youngster! I think my first LP was Out of the Blue by ELO, or was it Capt Fantastic by Elton? Probably Elton John, I think it came out in '73-74 (I was 9-10 yrs old).

R.I.P. B.B. King! I was lucky to get to see him about 10 years ago with Buddy Guy warming up. BB sat the whole time while he played but put on a great show. A true blues legend...

And goodnight, dear B.B. Thank you for the music. It's nice to think of everyone communing together in person and remotely over the Dear Jerry fest while I was at work doing the deal. Sorry for the loss of the Blues great. It's just that Wheel. So. Here's to all our safe passage to Chicago and beyond. It will be great while it lasts <3 Boo I hope to see some of those monkeys in June. Hope they have a place to play! Sounds like there's nothing but nothing near SC. Big sigh. :) I have a gray-eyed cat snuggled up to me as I say goodnight with my brown eyes. Another two hours before rrgrr and Tonytone are up but... I think we've had enough of a day, que no?
