    I dont think there will be any Summer Tour dates as The Dead..Due to the RD summer tour and the AB summer tour..Unless they can Clone Jeff,Bobby and Warren and they can be 2 places at once! Hey,There's an idea(LOL) But judging from the amount of fun and how AWESOME this band sounds,I wouldn't rule out a fall tour and beyond..I think they're gonna ride it till the wheels fall off....And they should!!! :-) On a side note...I was wondering if anyone is familiar with a poster I seen many years ago that has License plates on it from all 50 states,All with some kind of Dead related vanity on it, ie: DRK-STR and at the top it just says "WE ARE EVERYWHERE" Please PM me if anyone has seen this or knows how to get it...Thank-You,My brothers and My sisters...peace, G :-)

    Summer Tour???
    Hey all. I've gotta miss this spring tour (though the boys are playing tonite right by my house). I took a gamble and decided not to see the indoor shows this spring. Haven't been to a show since Jerry's last one in 95. Anyone hear of any summer dates? I'm tempted to check out Rothbury in July but I was REALLY hoping for a summer outdoor show at Alpine Valley. I'm LOVING the setlists and the sound of the band this spring! This 'ol deadhead is on pins and needles!

    Man, I can't begin to explain the positive and loving vibes in the lot as well as the show:) It reminded me of one of the last shows I caught in 1994 at Buckeye Lake. The boys are playing quite well together and the energy is amazing!!! Seeing how I embarked on a spiritual adventure the night before, I toned it down and sisnt eat so much "enhancers" the 2nd night:) Both set lists the 2nd night was spectacular. I got to hear my MORNING DEW for the first time on this tour:) And I think 90% of the crowd new that SAMSON & DELILAH was gonna be the encore, and it was an excellent encore:) Thank you all!!! Dead.net friends, Thank you all (GIgi, Snodgrass, Techgurl,Rooster, Chuck...and all the rest) Thank you guys!!! You are my true FAMILY and I can't wait to see you all again at another show!!!:)Peace- Moye

    The vibes BLEW MY MIND!!!!! I seriously think during drums, that I was in another universe:) ....(special thanks to "Virginia kid", for hokkin me up in the lot:).... Alligator was INTENSE!!! ...SHAKEDOWN ST. REALLY HAD THE CROWDS VIBES GOIN!!!!... I really didn't come back to reality till SUGAR MAG was playin..... Totally INSANE>>>I loved it and I love the boys on this tour. Warren fits in Perfect.....Not the Jerry we all love and remember, but does a qite great jam as well...THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A DEAD SHOW!!!Peace- Moye

Hey Dan,Don't let it bug you - I believe we've all moved on from where things were at a few months ago. Our heroine, Mary E, saved us from the dragon, and the vibes have been much sunnier here since then (Thanks, Mary!). Crickets and cicadas sing, a rare and different tune, Terrapin Station.

Crystal Journey has arrived in the United States for a 14 city tour along with seeing The Dead 7 times in NY, NJ, DC, NC and VA. It was a very smooth and peaceful border crossing, a BIG smile from the pretty woman in the booth asking where we were going? to see the Grateful Dead I yelled with excitement. If you ordered your tix from musictoday via the online pre sale, they should be delivered to your door by UPS if you chose the default shipping method when ordering. (got my Chi. tix this way a couple of days ago) You should also get an email notifying you that they've shipped along with a tracking #. If nothing happens by 1 week or so prior to the show, you should refer to the email confirmation you received after ordering, and send an email to the musictoday link provided letting them know.

of you got your tickets in the mailbox and one of you got your tickets at your door? I seriously have the worst luck when it comes to ticket delivery. I followed the tracking number online it said they tried to deliver to my door but I wasn't there (yeah no kidding I'm at work!) and that they left a slip. I get home and there is no slip. Now I try to call USPS and it is all automated.. Can't get a hold of a live person. I'm so frustrated.. I know I'm going to get thrown to the wolves for backing TicketSlacker but at least when you buy a ticket from them, you just print the damn tickets right there on your computer and you don't have to go through all this waiting and agonizing and trying to call people etc.. I have 3 more packages of pre sale tickets still coming.. I'm going to be a nervous wreck by the time this is all said and done! :-) "When the smoke has cleared she said, that's what she said to me. Can't you hit "0" and get an operator or customer service person? I hate the automated systems!!! I would be frustrated too. I have my mom on UPS patrol today since the tix are going to her house. I told her if she hears anything remotely close to a ups truck her little butt better be out at the mail box lol!

I did order mine at the presale with music today and I did get an email saying they were on the way, but they were put in my mailbox in that big white mailer-type envelope?!?! I think I just went with the default shipping method also. I don't know! I was so nervous and anxious that day I got the tickets, there is no telling what I hit:)

Was the tracking info you received from UPS (brown) or from USPS (mailman) ? Either way, I suppose, you should be able to get info online as to the status of your package if you re-check the track. It may be at your local post office or the UPS office, available for you to pick up. Or they may have returned to sender. Hopefully not! :-(

I remember having all my stuff ready to go, I stayed home from work to order through presale, then the system was overloaded adn I kept getting logged off or thrown back to the previous screen. I was so frustrated I remember pacing back and fourth just waiting to get to the next screen and complete the order. Luckily I can laugh about it now :o)!

Musictoday does alot of the pre-sale ticketing for bands nowdays and they do leave some things to be desired. As far as the delivery I ordered from them along with GDTS and when they delivered I thought they would ask for a signiture but they just stuck it under the door mat and rang the bell. They do tell ya (I dont know why I never do this) that if your not going to be home have it delivered to your work. UPS will deliver to all offices before 5 PM (7PM for home delivery) and most offices have a recptionist or send it to a friends office if you dont have one. Goode luck I am still waiting for my Shorline tix and chi 5/4

I live in San Diego and have 2 VIP tickets to the May 9th Show in Los Angeles. I'm hoping to find someone to join me in having a great time. Bought my C'ville ticket today! Can't wait! Hope to run into some old friends there. Although I'm not from this side of the US, actually from West Coast...but I might get lucky...at my age all my friends are probably going thru mid-life crisis so they might have decided to tour with the Dead again....its been many years since my last show...I don't remember it very well because there have been so many and they all seem to get jumbled up in my head....so yeah...looking forward to the show and seeing some family! Thinking about taking a trip down to Greensboro to get away from family drama at home with the holiday coming. My daughter will be out of town with her dad in CA and I will be on my own (cept for the family drama I will leave behind). Looked into going to the DC show but yikes it reminds me of a Vegas show without Vegas! Parking will suck! So not sure bout it yet. But I do have the day off! Estimated Prophet into Birdsong I finally got my Denver tickets after the post office fiasco earlier this week... they were in the mail and I have a PO box which complicates it even more. Anyways I am relieved but I still have 3 more packages of tickets to go... yikes! I am sure it will be a roller coaster ride before it is all said and done :-) Oh and I also got my Hartford 77 CD's and they are smokin from what I have heard so far. Any LA folks out there have a rec for good music or venues the night before the Forum show? We're staying in the lovely LAX area and, gasp, aren't planning on renting a car!
