    Lots of good times
Kudos to anyone who remembers this show -- I caught these two Atlanta shows at the climax of New Orleans Carnival season. I was 22 and living in New Orleans at the time. I hadn't seen the band in a while, having missing the Boston Garden shows where I grew up and went to school. So Dr. Nasty, Ian, Pete, and I took a break from Mardi Gras to throw beads to the community and catch the Atlanta shows. We didn't care that we couldn't stay for the third night -- after the show, we drove overnight back to New Orleans to catch the Zulu and Rex parades the next morning. Whoo hoooo !!!

No offense, but they were really off on this night. Jerry missed alot of big notes, the Terrapin in particular was a real let down. They really seemed to be going through the motions on this night, thank goodness that IFTL wasn't in the repertoire yet because they probably would have worked that into the sets a number of times. And by the way, the jackhammer didn't have any mitigating factor on the show- if anything it seemed that Billy was trying to make anything sound good on this night. It was even one of my buddies birthdays this evening and we felt really bad for him. Then again, it was just a little less than average for the 92 Spring tour. Oh well, on their worst night they were still better than most anyone else's best night- and it still beats the shit out of anything we can even come close to experiencing today or from here on out. I miss you Jerry, even when you kill Terrapin.

i love hearing(reading)other heads reveiws of shows.for me this is probably the best show i've seen, big fat energy. the jackhammer bit while the timeing was a little off between those two you cannot beat the fun they were having.i remember billy and micky running to each other for a huge hug after the drums and jackhammer. billy dropped the jack, mick bounced his beam stick off that krazy thing it went flying off into the air and still has not come down, that energy pushed us all back into our seats.i was in the wheelchair sec.and dropped to one knee.spent the show spinning a green glow stick on a bunggie cord(around and round).saw ren and stimpy for the first time that morningHAPPY,HAPPY,JOY,JOY.got a great tape from a tapper in the hotelroom next to mine.get the tapes an give it a relisten like i said one of the best shows i've been at thanks
