    giant loving hammer
I couldn't let that go without saying something. I've never thought of a hammer, especially a giant one, as being loving but I get it!

I think this show should be one of Dick's Picks. I had a tape of the first set and the encores for a long time and it never failed to blow me away!

... certainly one of the/my finest Frost shows attended... great weekend... this was the day I was running late to the show(happened often)... driving my "jet on wheels"('79 300 SD Mercedes) always blaring tapes... and nervous about missing the opening number, car packed w/ 5 heads, but who should pull up alongside me in the Stanford Campus parking area...at a stop sign... but Bob W driving his ole BMW 2002 with Jerry & friends... gives us a nod, and led foots it onto the show.... Guess that answered our question on whether we'd be late or not? LOL (btw, I called the opener...New...New... Minglewood Blues) Geoff "one way or another"-New Speedway Boogie.... and "you need to be kissed often, and by a man who knows how"- Rhett to Scarlet - Gone with the Wind The Big Dog Dad - Schultzie

what happened is up to the individual, and...something happened -- almost biblical if you will.

I went to the October 9th show and was blown away! I tried for hours to get a ticket for the 10th, but nothing! So I sat outside and found a spot where the sound was really good and listened to the whole show! Thank you, and Stay In Touch!

I am blessed enough to have this show on CD, well almost the whole show. I am missing the encore, it stops after sug mag but having almost the whole thing is wonderful. I love 80-83 grateful dead, I love all grateful dead but some years sound so unique and different than others that I will listen to shows from one year for a few months and then switch to another year for a few months. Anyways this is a great show. Ye Good Ole Frost :)
