    Dylan & the Dead
    I was there with Dish,Tami,Jay Paris, Kenny Lapham and the rest of the Santa Ana Mafia! It was a hot & sunny day and so were we! I grew up not far from there and in my adolescence spent a lot of my summers there watching the Angels and now The Grateful Dead & Dyan! Man it was a great concert! I've seen the Dead at a lot of venues over the years and this was a special one. Sunshine Daydreaming in the O.C.

    On the stage
    Culmination of the longest part of the trip. Got a backstage pass from a friend, and when the show started, we walked out to watch, but that meant climbing the stage stairs, then moving up to the second level behind the speakers. Could have tossed an apple to Jerry, Mickey's wife to my right, Gerrit Graham to my left, Barlow in back. Deadhead heaven. I always wondered who those people dancing on stage were....

I attended this one with my girl friend before she passed away later that year! good memories of what I can remember jack daniels my opium dream and my longboard cruising the angels parking lot!! fun!!

The title says it all.... For those of you who remember the huge A in the parking lot, that was me just having a good ol time talking to it and staring it down...lol... Many other memories inside too...
