Only Show I Ever Saw Outside California
Rainbow Day
Maybe my fav GD shows of all!!!
One of the best memorys I
Where can I get to know about
Santa Fe
I remember the venue almost like and old fort with roses everywhere. We came to the sight and Wavy Gravy showed us where to camp. Ken Kesey was here as well as a couple other big figures of the counterculture. I think because of Mickey's 40th. During drums a double rainbow appeared. Every time it looked like rain the band would stop and then come back even stronger from there breaks. I saw more outdoor shows in 83 than all the years combined. I have goose bumps even typing this from the memories.
I remember the rainbows and the rain
They played franklin's tower and things started looking up. That was my favorite song at all dead shows. Roll away the dew has a special meaning for me. I always pictured a bucket of soap with bubbles and everything was always made crystal clear when that happened.
Took my mom to her first dead show here in Santa Fe
She was an older hippie but had never been to a Dead show. She became a Dead Head that day. I remember we were some of the last ones to leave and there were people still dancing even though the music had stoped awhile ago.
