I have a couple of question
I have a couple of question about the artwork on this album cover.
The painting depicts two skeletons gazing upon the Manhattan skyline and the San Francisco Bay. On the right, the skeleton is seated upon a bluff which appears to be the Marin Headlands. Now, I know this place. It's above the entrance to the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.
I'm wondering about the vantage point on the left that overlooks Manhattan. What is this landmark?
My second question is about the couple seated in the foreground. Who are these people? Do they have names? I believe the skeleton in the tophat is Uncle Sam. But, maybe he has another name. And who is the beautiful lady with the roses in her hair? lol. Does she have a name?
re..."what is zis vantage point"
looks like she's sitting up in Brooklyn Heights looking down at the Brooklyn Bridge .... maybe she just bought it from Blue Ron
