So onto 11/23, which sounds really good so far…

I would have to think it's Kezar then ...

since, when looking up the Lindley Meadows pics, Jerry has his first (more compact) Travis Bean, longer hair and much more of a Phineas Freak vibe going - if you know what I mean.

Damn, I really want that SNAC Benefit to get a re-release this year with BfA 50th, plus the Bob Fried Benefit show is coming for sure - at some point soon - hopefully in the 60th Anniversary box.

    Bring it, DL!

Was it the hottest available show?

Strat-wolf-bean - I wonder if the picture you saw is from 1975 at Golden Gate Park or Kezar Stadium ?

OK, so guess we got crossed up

on exactly which picture (of the aforementioned Renee Berg) was in question. The one I saw, which clearly must be from '73 or '74, was of her, behind Jerry - who is playing Wolf and wearing a leather jacket (outdoors show, clearly not the Family Dog).

Apples to Oranges, apparently ... But all good.
    Cheers!

I am listening to Dick's Picks Vol. 29 which contains 5/19/77. As a big fan of the Spring '77 Tour, the fact that Get Shown The Light was released, and that this year honors 40 years of '77 Dead despite what seasonal tour it is, I have been listening to the show of the given day back in 1977 if I can. So today, it's 5/19/17 so therefore I am choosing to enjoy 5/19/77 again, its a great show, however I like 5/21/77 more (also contained in Dick's Picks Vol. 29), but love 5/22/77 (Dick's Picks Vol. 3) in regards to the next upcoming dates. 5/25/77 is okay, despite the highly priced collector's value of it (Dave's Picks Vol. 1) it is not as magical compared to the other 3 dates I just mentioned. To each their own! I have listened to these shows, and so many more, countless times and still love them all. Have fun and enjoy. Happy 40 years worth of 1977 Dead and here's to another 40 more!
