    Yo no go dead co
But I drove to Santa Fe to see Long Strange Trip for the second time in a week. Arizona crowd different from New Mexico crowd. The movie is a masterpiece. Visuals during diabetic coma segment are very trippy. Producers or investors must have paid a fortune for all the borrowed footage from other films. The use of Death Don't Have No Mercy during different parts of the movie was intense. The use of Days Between in the soundtrack was genius. The soundtrack for whole film was brilliant. Thank you Amir and Co.

Powerful film. Amir Bar Lev hit pay dirt with Pigpen footage alone. Opening sequence of old etchings of death meeting life with Death Don't Have No Mercy gave the old song new life. Way too graphic but I get it. Garcia interviews were brilliant. Trixie was on point. (No MG?) The film also made me feel like I was indeed at a private party back in the early 70s. Jerry sure enough did connect with the audience especially in the old days. Eye contact, playing to people, connecting as a regular human being. Like the band the film was great, with flaws.

About a month ago they had a preview of the Documentary in NYC. They showed 2 parts of 5 of the film. Very interesting. Obviously, AWESOME piece. I think Deadheads will appreciate and love Long Strange Trip film. Amir the Director, was present for a Q & A. If you have a chance to go and listen to him speak (Amir will be in NYC) there is some nice insight. Again all cool. I hope they show the film in 2 sets, 4 hours long. I need a bathroom break these days, lol. Hop on the bus cause this film is a beautiful thing..... Can't wait to see the entire film. Peace out...

No word if this film will eventually be released for our film collection, but it seems a no brainer for Blu Ray. Anyone know if this will available to perchance someday cause we can't make it to the theatre that day.

Went to Long Strange Trip last night in Providence. I was hoping for Music, but except for a drops of music tucked into the rest, there was nothing. Film was talking about many interesting things but no DEAD music...I left the film before it was done, so maybe I'm wrong, maybe I missed something.
