    Dear friends

    I truly believe that it is impossible to listen to the Grateful Dead while being unhappy. They won't banish unhappiness from your life, but will go a long way towards enhancing the joys that life brings.

    Currently listening to "Dear Jerry: A Celebration....", with The Yonder Mountain String Band playing "Shakedown Street". The woman fiddle player's voice adds a great dimension to the song. Well well well....

    DMCVT - Definitely was watching that sweet old doggle woggle as it came and went during the set. I had skipped over the much of the intro text that detailed Holly's personal history as to Casco Bay - thanks for pointing it out and thanks for recommending the show!

    So glad you liked it BC. That's her family's place there, the old golden cruising, extra texture. Heading to Maine, further up the coast near Bay of Funny, Canada tomorrow for the heat wave. For more chuckles, check out her OMG video from Philly where she plays a small piano bar and does her version of Tweezer, Mike Gordon shows up totally out of the blue (crow). Hey Now!
