    Two future official releases
    I just realised that the 8/23/68 segment of Alligator > Caution was later released on the extended version of Anthem Of The Sun in 2001 and the extended version of Two From The Vault released in 2007 in the Vault Box. Doin' That Rag was officially released in 2005 in the Fillmore West 1969 Complete Recordings set.Can an official release of the Jam & Bass solo from 2/24/74 be far behind? Again thanks for this excellent show.

    What can you say about 'Alligator?'
    A musical odyssey to be sure.While this epic series consists of five shows (361-365), I've always considered 366 to be an unofficial sixth show. (Like the extra Marx brother who you'd hear about but wasn't a part of the act). The '72 Dark Star featured there seems a very appropriate bookend to the brilliant stuff from '68 showcased here and in 365.

I've been watching for...the Jam & Bass solo from my first Grateful Dead show - thanks David. Echoing borncrosseyed - any release of that bit of musical exploration would be a pleaser -

I downloaded some GD MP3 last year. I can not seem to find the web page. The MP3 where writen like this. [gd1984-06-21d3t02_64kb] Does any body know the link??
