    All Good Things
This is a Vent, Pass me the milk or go back to pasture! Theese past three years have been exiting as it regards to Grateful Dead releases. Theese past three years the realeases have been a Great Comfort. I made eight shows from 7-4-90 to 6-23-93. I made one show in the parking lot at deer creek circa 92. The following night I heard feel like a stranger as my ride was leaving with me, because the ride was mad at being rejected for a scalped ticket. , more later, I got to set up the listening party again!

    can't wait
Nice Estimated. Easy tempo. Technically perfect. This box set is going to make a great soundtrack for the summer.

once they pick all the cherries...
...I bet they will open the entire vault for streaming. There will be a pay wall probably. I looked at my collection and it's quite a mass!

Will be a lot like DP 29. I like DP 29. I will like this box. While '77' is one of my favorite years with those "Sunrises" and "Passenger"s and all the other nice, tight stuff the band is doing I do understand when certain heads say "Yes, I'll take it -- But it's not my favorite year." The thing is, with these selections you know you are going to hear The Grateful Dead playing well and in good voice also. Why wouldn't they release such fare for us? And yes, we are spoiled rotten by Rhino. The Rolling Stones is actually charging about $500 for a three disc set from 73 that includes all kinds of extra crap like a watch. $10 a disc vs. $167 a disc. Thank you Rhino.

it's odd...without arguing what show or period produced the most exciting music (probably a silly exercise), I should say this period moves me so much. It was the time when I first experienced a lot of shows and some kind of weird muscle memory thing happens. #excited

only real complaint about this show's inclusion is that the "meat" of this show (mississippi>dancin', terrapin > playing reprise) was released as a bonus disc back with the Winterland '77 box set. Would like to have seen another untouched/unreleased show as part of this set.
