I have so much fun submitting a new Dead cover every year, and I love watching everyone else's versions of these songs too. Thank you so much for providing this forum for us!

Saw you play at Sandstone this past summer...nice show! Just wished it was longer....will have to come check it out again.

Hi CaseyJane,
Our first set at Davey’s will be longer than our allotted time for Sandstone. We felt a bit constrained on that gig! Hope to see you in KC. We play a lot at Mike Kelly’s Westsider, too.

Hey there Deadheads!,

Here is my video for the Dead Covers Project. Check it out and click that thumbs up!

Knockin' on Heaven's Door a classic Dead closer. No one could sing a sad song like Jerry.

Once again I've talked the band (Sugar Lime Blue) into covering a song for the Dead Covers Project - wasn't hard to do since we all Love the Grateful Dead. Last year we did a cover of To Lay Me Down but it was never recognized - here's hoping you all like our offering this year - Brokedown Palace

Dear friends, my band recorded a version of "Eyes" at a gig in late November in NYC. Portland filmmaker Ian Fowler put this video together featuring some pretty heavy-duty guitar luthier action at Portland Fret Works. Warm regards to all at dead.net. Dave's 29 arrived yesterday, so I know what I'm listening to today! - JB

"Upload your video to YouTube, tag it "DeadCoversProject," and we'll make it available to view on the band's official YouTube channel."

- This does not seem to be working...

Our band Sugar Lime Blue had the same problem last year with our rendition of To Lay Me Down. Still it's fun to participate on the periphery & there are some great covers being put up so far this year.

There's often a bit of a lag in the list generation, but speak up if the problem persists. Thanks.--ME

Is there a particular way that you have to tag the video so that you all can find it and add it to your playlist? (e.g., "deadcoversproject", "#DeadCoversProject", "Dead Covers Project", "#deadcoversproject2019", etc.) Should we list the tag in the title, description, tag section, or all of these places? Thanks.
