Leaving town in a few hours for the Gorge in WA, so excited!!! The reason for the "afternoon" starting time is that the Doobie brothers and the Allman Brothers are opening the show. So the Dead don't take the stage until later in the evening. I believe Warren is going to get a work out tomorrow !

Does anybody know what time the Sirius / XM broadcast starts on Saturday from the Gorge? Above, it says 10:30 PM. On the Sirius website it says it starts at 7:30 PM. Here on the show list on Dead.net it says the show starts at 3:30 PM Pacific. What is the real time?!?!?!?!

Oregon and Washington, both states are Pacific time, Pacific Northwest. Idaho is split between Pacific and Mountain times, has both. If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite. William Blake

I found Gary Lambert's interview with Branford Marsalis broadcast today on Sirius, extremely enlightening. They said it would be rebroadcast Sunday night at 8. His take on Warren, Bruce and more things GD from his unique musical perspective might be worth checking out. I think this is Warren's day to shine, he is in the rarified air where few guitarists have reached, standing on the peak of RocknRoll Mtn, how's the view? It's a Beautiful Day

One of my personal favorites was always the Harding Theater show from 11/7/71. A totally rockin' Other One > Me and My Uncle> Other One ("we wouldn't have stopped there but we broke a string"), so it's nice to hear this from one week later. Having said that, (they just went in M&MU as I was writing this...happy dance!) I was really looking forward to *tonight's* show. Oh well. Free is free, after all, Beggars can't be choosers, and I signed up for the 3-day Sirius trial just for this show tonight. At least I'm about to get an AWESOME crash back into The Other One...

First I read the show started at 3:30 Pacific time, which would have been 6:30 here. Then I heard it was going to be playing 7:30 (10:30 here) but '71 show was on until midnight. When did they actually start playing the show. I'm so sad! One of my best friends was there, and bless him he was "thinking of me while there" and I couldn't even listen to it on the way home from work. What time did it finally start? *cries*

Hi all - not sure where to post this, but I have podcasts that download for free from the deadpod - not sure how I heard about it, so I can't really direct anybody to it - none the less, the 5/15 weekly broadcast has this show he called "The Ark" or something - back in ' 68 or ' 69 - classic old stuff. If you have itunes - you can probably get it yourself also for free...hope somebody reads this that could use the info... Have yourselves a great week and remember to keep on dancing and stay thankful for the lovely music that we are so blessed to have such access to...it's such a different world than tapes and records - we now have so much access to so much music that it's just amazing... Peace and God's love be with you~ ~Stacy
