Listening to entire 1st night, good sound also. I must say I am impressed by the sound . No Jerry yet has the Jerry sound a tiny bit more then I thought could pull off.. Trey you did very well. This comes from someone who saw jerry many many many times. Thank you for the sound .

One of my favorites. Brent was amazing. Can't wait to see what Bruce can do with the keys!

During this morning's weekly looong run: Download Series #4 comprising the complete 6/18/76 at the Capitol Theatre and bonus material from dates across 3 shows later in the month (with some time left over for most of the The Who's pre-Tommy set at Isle of Wight!). Typical of post-hiatus 76, this show is mellow glory with a standout 2nd set sequence initiated with a St.S>NFA>St.S hoagie into Eyes>Drumz>Wheel...video and some wondrous Donna as extras! peace, k

I've a seemingly pathological obsession with this album and its Springsteen-esque grit, pathos, and tales of weakness, struggle, and failure, but ultimately redemption, reconciliation, or simply acquiescence to the nature of your beast. peace, K

https://youtu.be/HaZpZQG2z10 I find it humorous that Andrew Gold would write a song later featured as the theme in a show called the Golden Girls. : )

From 5/18/77, Fox Theater. If you were there I sort of envy you...I didn't hop on the bus until a couple of years later. Peaceful Sunday, everyone.

Posting this song cause it's been in my head since the fellow mentioned in the song passed away recently. Let's go to Cuba!

re. Cuba.... as Mr. Loaf said, "I'd do anything for love, but I wont do that." It may look nice on a postcard or as a swanky backdrop for yet another mediocre live Stones album, but I'll settle for watching Woody Allen's Bananas and smokin' a bone, but that's just me.
