Grateful Dead

Me and my girlfriend travelled all the way from England to see these shows. She'd never seen anything Dead related before and so I had my fingers crossed for a little bit of magic. Her only wish was that she got to hear her favourite song Terrapin Station and low and behold not only did Phil do a superb Terrapin on the 30th, but Bob completed it with a great At a Siding > Terrapin Flyer on the 31st! And as if that wasn't enough we got an amazing New Year's Eve countdown featuring guess what? - That's right, a giant Terrapin!

We had backstage passes to this show. I was in heaven.

Now how Kenny gets all that energy, I'll never know...the man THROWS himself in to his sax playing. One of the best additions to the line-up, in my opinion!

So many people say Mark's solo's are "uninspired"...they should have been at the TOWER!!!!
