    Hmmm
I submitted a new one at 200 dpi, saw the scaled image after clicking on upload, still did not see the full image when I hit preview and still nope after submitting. I wonder if there is a problem with the system today since what I did the first time does not appear to be working this time, resubmit with orig open and then saw full image under view even though it was not on my account homepage yet until the image is approved. Oh well try again next week, have a good weekend.

I just submitted a 200 dpi version of what I tried yesterday and earlier today. Still no image even at the view tab/screen as though I was editing it from my account home page. I thought it showed up last time. I wonder if there is something else going on today since it has been hit and miss whether I see the scaled image or not after clicking on upload, before submitting since I've only hit submit twice so far from the same one today. If still no good I'll scrap this one.

Never seen a preview even at low res before submitting
I think because it is not released yet so the location it might be pointing to in the preview does have it yet until submitting??? After the first 300 dpi failure I was at the edit screen (had left the window open after submitting since it was not showing at my account page yet until it is released I do believe), upped a 200 dpi version, hit preview, saw nothing other than the scaled image until I hit submit and then at the view tab/screen I saw it. But that is a little different than the initial submit since that is like say everything is ok and one went to their account page and clicked on one of their fan photos to edit the title, description or change the photo. And one can't do that until release unless they leave the window open after submitting like I did. It appears 250 and I think 225 are no good too but lil confused since I was not getting the scaled image either after uploading the 250 one yesterday or the 225 one today. I resubmitted at 225 like I did for the first one at 300. I left the window open after submitting, uploaded the other version and hit submit. But testing at 225 since 200 works. I tried a couple of new test ones without clicking on submit and no preview or scaled image. Stepped away for a few then tried another test one and still no preview but the scaled image was there. Again I did not click on submit there, trying to avoid messing with your queue. I see only 2 more tests. The one I did yesterday and today I'll retry one last time at 200, still left the window open after hitting submit yesterday, then go to a new one at 225 but I'm thinking 200 dpi is the limit.

not seeing the preview does seem to be a good indicator, as I'm not seeing any image either.

what about a cd of fave Dead tunes for the invites? Combine with a meaningful baby tune or two, and voila! You can make the cover yourself, including the crucial information-time, date, etc. Or create the label yourself-and paste on the cd's then mail them inside a very thin cd envelope instead of a case. Then your guests have an invite they will keep and actually enjoy into the future, while remembering your shower.********************************** By trying we can easily learn to endure adversity -- another man's I mean. I'm throwing a Dead baby shower and need some ideas! I'm buying white onesies for the guests to tie-dye. I'm still trying to come up with something cute for the invites...something catchy but not std. shower invite crud. We'll obviously be listening to the Dead, so taking playlist suggestions for the "normal" people coming who are rolling their eyes that I'm doing this! Ideas please, from my hippie friends. I just submitted a pic at 250 dpi and I did not see it in the preview, but non of the low res showed before either, and it is not showing after submitting. The 200 dpi one showed after the 2nd submit after the failed 300 dpi so I'm thinking 250 is a no go too. I will be AFK for a few hours and will check back later. Mary, you will probably be gone for the day, if it failed on your end I will resubmit at 225 dpi and that might be the final test since 200 works.

Hi, I made a video to post ("High Time"), but YouTube has blocked it, saying it's copyrighted material. Is this something that comes up now and then? Any clues on how to keep a video from being blocked -- it must sound too much like the original. Thanks, -Rob

Disk one of Daves Picks won't play. My player shows the # of tracks and the total play time, but won't play. I tried it on multiple players. Just curious if anything can be done.
Thanks much!

I have had a great idea for quite some time about a merch product that I would love to see come to fruition.
I believe the only way to do it right would be through GDM, as it would be a Highly Iconic design or two, used in a 'NEW' way, it would be a very popular item GDM should maintain control of.
Please let me know whom to contact!
Thanks!

Here's one largely positive review from Brian Dyke, in Taping Compendium Vol. I: of Denver Coliseum, Nov 20 1973 - though some of the details of his description don't match what I hear, and he resorts in a couple of places to (mild) versions of his typical fault-casting (saying "the triad of 'Promised' > 'Bertha' > 'Greatest Story,' falls flat on its face" - which just isn't so, I think ["Promised Land" 's particularly rhythmically good, w/very spunky drumming; Jer flubs the 2nd verse of "Bertha," though]).

Hello. First time poster. I saw on Facebook someone posted about Dave's Picks Volume 40 at Deer Creek.

I understand it is sold out, but inside there is a letter from John Scher to Dave Lucas. That Dave Lucas was my father.
He and his partner built Deer Creek, and created the vision on how great it ended up being. I myself worked many summers doing the marketing for the shows at Deer Creek including all the Dead shows.

However, I would like to get a copy of that as a present for him and I have no idea where to find. Can anyone help? Looking for a miracle(many times I handed out extra tickets as miracles). I think he would find it very special.

Thank you in advance.

Hey, dude from India!!

So, you're a spammer, AND a Deadhead??? Interesting combination............

Ultimately, Captchas are useless for spam because they're designed to tell you if someone is 'human' or not, but not whether something is spam or not.........

I received a brand new and sealed copy of Dave's Picks, Vol. 30 w/bonus disc for Christmas. I opened it up and to my surprise, I found my copy to be numbered 190/300. I've seen some unnumbered promo copies released for other volumes, and I know there was a run of 500 extra copies of Vol. 3 to replace some copies that disappeared, but I can't seem to find any information on Vol. 30. Does anybody out there have any idea of what I might have? Thanks.

Has anyone here recently worked out a licensing arrangement for imagery? News article indicate licensing moved to Rhino Records a couple years ago, but it's not evident from their site how to properly go about becoming a licensee. Please help a Head! Thanks all.

I did not receive DP 43. Post office said the Dead only made a tracking slip and did not give them the package to send. I emailed the Dead and only received an automated response with a ticket ID number. How can I get this resolved?

Did you get my PM yesterday? The site is a little confusing so I was not sure if I did it correctly. I am the person who did not get Dave's Picks 43. If you did not get it can you just email me at jcharney@kprs.com and I will reply with the information that you requested. Thanks.

My sister Jamie was an Avid Dead Head. She passed away 10 Years ago. Hanging out with the rest of the band in heaven.
She left me with four signed GD Posters. What would be their collecting status / value. Where would I look for info on this web site for interest?
Thanks, Luke

I'm trying to subscribe for 2023 and the site won't allow the final step - purchase. I click and my pointer goes to a null sign.
I have also tried to make a new account at the store, to no avail.
I've tried on several browsers and computers. Could use a bit of help.

Thanks!!

Has anyone else had difficulty downloading 2022 30 Days of Dead selections today to try to get days missed during November, 2022? Every time I download one of the seven days I missed (yeah, I know, DUH) I get an error message that the file is corrupted. So I went in to download all of 2022 30 Days, and got the 2021 30 Days! Anybody else, or am I just weird?
