Almost every time I visit Dead.net I get into technical problems. Need to hire a techie maybe? <grin>
I can't order Dave's Picks 2020. The field that says "delivery option" is blank. No choices are listed. So it won't let me continue to the "billing" section. What's up?

I brought this up in the "Announcements" section but there was alot of "other stuff" going on there and it was maybe over looked. I grew up in Inglewood - saw my first rock show at the Forum, a group called Cream - also saw the Jefferson AIRPLANE (NOT Starship...), Jimi (twice), the Stones, Dylan, C.S.N. & Y., C.C.R. & the Grateful Dead (6 times) - ALL at the Forum. Many fond memories. My son is 16 and has not been to any shows of any kind yet. A while back he said he was mad at me because, through me, the Grateful Dead have become his favorite band, and he will never be able to see them. Now, because of this tour, he will be able to see the closest thing this side of that "big show in the sky". I have 2 ticket for the 9th and am very happy - BUT I just learned from a co-worker about the Stagehand Union strike at the Forum.See -

Neil Young canceled his show rather than cross the picket line. We have had some grocery store stickes as my boy has been growing up and we never cross the line.I hope someone is looking into this. I'm not trying to be negative. I am so glad that they are playing at the inauguration of the man I voted for.

Just to pay his union dues"

Gotta be something a guy could do.
E-mail me.

I was wondering if dead.net was the only place to get tickets come friday or if i have to go thru ticketmaster or another site. If i could get an answer on this soon it would be great just wanna be ready i waited online 4an hour and a half during presale and got booted from the site when i had my tickets in the cart and went to check out. any answer or feedback on this would be wonderful much love and respect for all dead heads everwhere!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey there. How do I get information on getting a vendors booth or booth share at the concerts? Also, who do I contact about products for the store?
Just an FYI - when I click the contact link - it takes me to the Terms of Service page.
What ever happened to the little kid on the wonder years? (Fred sumthin??)Phatmoye
seems as if he may be directing some series. Cuz my kids were watching one for kids, and credits said the director is Fred Savage-and think that is that kid.**********************************

savage.....whose younger brother has made a name for himself in a show called "boy meets world"
He's directed a bunch of episodic television, mostly on Disney Channel. He was nominated for a film directing award too: the 28th Golden Raspberry for Worst Director for "Daddy Day Camp"
He's no Opie Cunningham.

Where will my answer appear? Guess I will find out...sorry for the ignorance factor
there has been some work on the servers happening behind the scenes, and it has periodically caused things to go a bit wacky. Generally it goes away on its own, but if the problem persists do speak up. (This also applies to the epidemic of duplicate posts and overenthusiasm of the spam filter, for which I do apologize.)
I ordered for Greensboro during the presale - it said 2 day UPS. I still havent received them. Is there anywhere to track your order? thanks for any info - I'm Grateful

PHATMOYE-Whats up-bro?Yeah,I just got that book from the library-its a really good book-Phil gets a little too technical w/some of the music stuff-but thats what musical geniuses do! Got 3 other good books at the lie-berry also:DARK STAR-THE JERRY GARCIA STORY----GRATEFUL DEAD-ANONATED LYRICS----GARCIA-ROLLING STONE TRIBUTE--♪♪♪♪♪peace♪♪♪♪♪
Hey wings, what I heard was that they would be sent out about 2 weeks before the show dates, so hoping to get mine for greensboro about end of March or a bit earlier, said that they would send a trackin' # when they sent out the tix. so expect them in about 2 months. :) hope this helps. peace
Does anyone know the status of the pre sale tickets? The tickets I ordered from ticketmaster on the regular sale date have arrived but I have yet to see any from the pre sale. Does anyone know whats going on? Thanks...Rocketron
Here's what I received in the body of my confirmation email:
"By choosing UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Worldwide Express, it does NOT necessarily mean that your tickets will arrive two days after processing your order. Tickets will be shipped approximately two weeks before the event date; however they might be shipped earlier. If you have not received your tickets within one week of the event date, please email deadtickets@musicotoday.com immediately and we will happily assist you."
I have been trying to access this site for months, but the site continues to announce that it will be back at a future date. I apologize for bothering people with this question if the answer is obvious, but I am completely curious about it as the site has been down since well before Christmas. Thanks!
...I want to make a "documentary" style short-film for my local public access television station in Bellows Falls and was wondering who I contact about possibly filming in the lots for some of the spring tour shows and about using the name "Grateful Dead" in a non-profit public access film...
please email me at dagan_22@yahoo.com with any information you have thanks.
Thanks for the info marye. I guess it's just as simple as people having different opinions about who gets what and who owns what. I guess I'm glad I've been able to track down all of the Pure Jerry releases from other sources. It's just more proof that silliness still prevails in this world.
I am wondering when to expect tickets we ordered presale via mail in method? Albany and Scranton Shows. Any idea what the turnaround time for mail ins?
Can anybody give me the mail order address for tomorrow's presale? Got the fax form, but can't find the address.
Hi, I can't seem to find any instructions to mail order tickets for Spring Tour...can you direct me? Of course I would like to do it today...so maybe I'm too late to ask. As I remember from many years ago, the process was quite exact & sadly I only remember some of the details like 3x5 index cards and cashiers checks or was it money orders??Thanks
Is there an RV/Camprgroung near Shoreline where deadheads might be ?
We usually stayed in a motel by the University. On El Camino Real by the Sizzler. A few miles away, but suffice it to say there were many tapestries in the windows and nobody ever closed a door all weekend! ;)
Just remember, all the rooms look alike, so it's easy to find yourself in a room full of new friends. Kinda the point anyway, right? :)
Just curious? I might be out of the country for a bit....Thanx
So , does the spam filter only operate during off buisness hours as per California time ? You know i get on this thing early in the am est. and this is the only time the f@#kin thing gets me .. Can someone please do something about this ?? or do I need to re-arrange my entire schedule around dead.net ??
Is about the photos we post. It used to be that I could see the username of who had posted a photo. Now I only see the person's icon. So if I don't know who's user photo or image is showing-have no clue as to who has put up the photo.
Is this a change in the system?

I just don`t know what the heck is happening .. Thank you Marye .. I now know why some folks do not post vines received or sent out , now . they probobly have the same issue ,, what ever it mey be ...anyone from the vineyard see`s this post then please don`t be suprised if I do not post vines received or sent ...most know I`m reliable , so no worry`s of vine being lost with me ...
except for the rare day I take off, I check the spam filter daily, so posts that get caught up in this fashion don't stay that way long enough to do anything like disrupt a vine. Though when responses are running a couple of hundred per hour it gets a little surreal.
