    i don't understand this evil. i wonder what this will do to the very young, growing up in fear of these kinds of acts. i recall the atom bomb drills of the cold war when i was in elementary school, but we did not really understand what it was all about. there was no 24x7 CNN and other coverages, showing all the carnage. we knew the bomb was bad but we did not fully grasp the danger i think. the young kids today get to SEE it over and over. parents, grandparents, please hug and reassure the little ones.

    I am prepped and ready for my face to be melted clean off my head on 11/20. Caught a few glipses and musical interludes of last nights show...Hey Rich, you had a good spot! I have two extra seats for the Dead and Co in STL so unless someone comes out of the woodwork who wants them I am going to be seat hopping back and forth between club seats and section 110. And to the OD last night at Da Buff...learn to hold ur shit maaan...I wouldn't want to miss a second of the show.

    My oh my oh my oh my!
    Another season of touring came to a close for me last night as the boys rocked da buff. Solid first set with an Althea just for Geeky, US Blues for the Veterans and an El Paso, just so Bobby could screw up the words, just exactly perfect. What a mess he made of that....in a good way.... The second set took off with a scorching viola Lee blues, courtesy of Mr. Mayer....btw...up close he looks nothing like Klangstone. Lainie Bear got her elusive wang dang doodle then a new speedway into dark star to truckin to dark star.....drums back to dark star a china doll, then our national anthem, sugar mags... Casey jones took us home safely..... One observed OD with paramedic assistance, some lightweight went to ground on the first verse of promised land...waste of a good pit ticket... This Dead and Company tour exceeded all my expectations and the vibe was more early 80s in the arenas than the FTW spectacle....that's a good thing....if you go be ready to have your face melted....

    I was really looking forward to Verizon Center, but also had just a little splather of skepticism going on... NOT ANYMORE. It was really incredible you guys! SOOOOO GOOD! If you're still on the fence - jump off and shake your bones at one of these shows. So bummed I can't make it to more - hoping there will be 2016 dates announced and that they'll come to Florida!! Anyone planning on bringing a film camera to the shows? 35mm? 120? Why cant we get photo tickets like the tapers. Unless you score 8th row. It does happen and was happly taking pictures the whole show. I'll see you outside the shows taking pictures of your faces so smile smile smile!!! I

Tony, thanks for keeping an eye out for those ticket deals that can help a fellow SDer! It's much appreciated. I PM'd will74, but no dice. He hasn't gotten any other offers, but cheap obstructed view SC tix are not very appealing, even when you sweeten the deal.

Sorry just got back from inspecting the bus..don't worry about the scratches, and yes ma'am you really know how to off-road...but there nothing wrong with kicking up a little mud every now and then..right? Your fashion sense is impeccable...the fuzzy dice and the doggy whose head goes boing boing boing when you hit a bump really make this bus feel like home...oh yeah, that mean people suck bumper sticker rocks... So Geeky....Bus license reinstated.... Baby you can drive my car ummm bus 8 days a week!!!!! Have a fantastic day! One more thing, Lisa is that a real poncho or is that a Sears poncho... Here fido, fido? ...bark bark bark!

Still no tickets yet. I offered for a Field GA ticket on ebay at $600 and was countered at $650 but that was just before the PPV was announced yesterday so I'm inclined to turn it down at this point.

So far found 2 pair of tighty whiteys, a pair of boxers, 2 thongs, a jock a coffee stained wife beater and a speedo on the floor of the bus.... Hey Geeky those weren't here when you took the wheel...I musta missed one hell of a party! Someone has some 'splainin' to do! Next time guys, clean up the remnants....just saying So totes....I ran them all thru the wash for you.... Just don't like living in a sty brah....like the last time I flew to India...first 3 hours fine....but damn those bathrooms ripened quickly....no ma'am no prune juice or bran flakes for me.... RRRRRRGGGGGRRRRRRRRR, you still driving this thingy? Being that we are an environmentally friendly group, I have to assume the bus is powered by clean burning no emissions natural gas. So, I am here to help (yes, I'm still here for all of those shaking their heads!) BTW, it is not nice to shake us too much, we might get dizzy. So since I just hopped back on the bus (y'all)(again), there's no need to stop for gas.... ...I had a gigantic burrito for lunch (and it's not the veggie type). "HEY, SOMEONE CRACK A WINDOW OPEN MAN!"
